Always check the ingredients to make sure the product is vegan.
- 1/2 cup soy marg
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 6 sun-dried tomatoes, rehydrated and chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix together well.
- Serve chilled.
