Directions

  1. In medium ovenproof bowl, combine goat Cheese, garlic and olive oil;
  2. heat in 250 degree oven until Cheese is soft and warm, about 10 minutes.
  3. Toss Cheese mixture with warm rice.
  4. Add arugula; mix well. Serve warm.
