Contents[show] Description Edit Soaked eggs in tea Ingredients Edit 10 eggs 80 g oolong tea leaves Sauce Edit 3 tbsp salt Directions Edit Boil eggs until 90% cooked. Hit and crush eggs lightly by a spoon. Boil water in small pot, turn off fire, add oolong tea leaves. Put eggs into tea pot when water is turned brown. Turn on fire, keep boiling in very low heat, add salt. Soak eggs for 2 – 3 hours, serves.
