Ingredients

• ice
• 1 large bottle of champagne
• Take 1 tea-spoonful of sugar
• 1 piece each of orange and lemon peel

Garnish

• Seasonal berries

Directions

1. Fill the tumbler one-third full with shaved ice, and fill balance with wine, ornament in a tasty manner with berries in season.
2. Serve with straws.
