- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
Directions[]
- Melt the chocolate in the top of a double boiler, over hot but not boiling water.
- Gradually stir in the evaporated milk and if a thinner sauce is desired, 1/4 cup of water.
- Stir over the hot water until well blended and smooth
