- 4 cups flour and extra for kneading
- 2 TBSP yeast
- 2 TBSP sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 TBSP Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoons white pepper
- 4 cupsFor the sauce and topping
- 4 cupsPureed Tomato
- 4 cupsOregano, basil or rosemary
- 4 cupsGarlic and oil
- 4 cupsChopped carrots
- 4 cupsBlack and green Olive
- 4 cupsBell pepper red and green
- 4 cupsChili pepper

- 4 cupsSausage of choice
- 4 cupsShredded chicken parts
- 4 cupsSalt, black pepper
- 4 cupsOnions, spring onions
Steps[]
- In warm water mix sugar and yeast. Rest for 30minuts and then add your oil, salt, flour and some white pepper.
- Add for 10 mins and coat with oil and allow to prove for 1hour.
- Make your sauce by heating oil. Add garlic and well chopped onions. Add Oregano then Tomato, sugar and little salt and black pepper and allow to cook until liquid evaporates from the sauce. All to cool down.
- Chop, Slice and shred your veggies as needed
- After one hour take off dough. Cut and shape and put into baking Sheet or pizza pan. Poke holes on the dough. This helps air to aid the cooking process.
- Coat with Tomato sauce. Add your sausage, chicken and other veggies afterwards.
- Grate your choice cheese ontop and allow to stand for 15-30minutes.
- Then grill in the oven for 15-25mins.
