  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Drain pear halves and set aside.
  3. Place the juice in a saucepan and add the cinnamon stick and cloves.
  4. Bring to a boil, then turn down to a simmer while you prepare the rest of the dish.
  5. Combine cream cheese and honey; beat until blended.
  6. Fill pear halves with cream cheese mixture.
  7. Place in a shallow baking dish.
  8. Strain juice onto pears, discarding the cloves and cinnamon stick.
  9. Sprinkle with crumbs.
  10. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
