- ⅓ cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon butter or margarine
- 1 cup cooked rice
- ⅔ cup tuna, drained and flaked
- 7 tablespoons (⅓ of 10¾-ounce can) condensed cream of celery soup
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ⅓ cup (1.3 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
