CHEESE CEREAL NIBBLES This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Simms Estate in Duncanville, Texas in 1987. 1/3 cup butter 1/3 cup American or Parmesan cheese 5 cups cheerios cereal 1 teaspoon salt Heat butter in heavy skillet until melted then remove from heat and stir in cheese. Add cereal and sprinkle with salt. Mix thoroughly.
