This recipe came from an estate sale. It was obtained when the family collection was purchased from the Burnett Estate in Terrell, Texas in 1981.

  1. Let cream cheese stand at room temperature until soft enough to beat
  2. Add milk to make a smooth paste and beat in onion and seasonings.
  3. Add dried beef, stirring to make the mixture a smooth paste.
  4. Pack paste firmly into mold
  5. Chill until ready to serve.
