Cheese Creamed Spinach

3 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach 1 envelope onion soup mix (1 to 1 1/2 oz) 2 cups sour cream 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Cook spinach as directed on pkg. Drin. Mix with onion soup mix and sour cream. Spoon into greased 2 quart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake in a 350 oven until heated through, about 25 minutes. Serves 8 to 10 Source: My Old Recipes
