  1. Mix yeast, pinch Sugar & 1/2 cup warm water in a large bowl & let rise 10 minutes.
  2. Add milk, oil, yeast, flour, 3 eggs, Sugar & salt.
  3. Let dough rise in warm room.
  4. Divide dough into 8 pieces.
  5. Roll each piece into a flat circle about 1/4 cm thick.
  6. Cut each circle (pizza style) into 8 wedges.
  7. Centre a lump of feta Cheese on each piece.
  8. Roll each slice beginning with wide end towards the point.
  9. Place on baking sheet.
  10. Let rise again.
  11. Take egg and mix.
  12. Brush every piece on top with mixed egg.
  13. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or sea salt.
  14. Cut up margarine and place between pieces.
  15. Bake at 350 F until brown (approx. 20 to 30 min.).
