Cheese Sauce for Baked Potatoes

4 T. margarine, softened 4 American cheese (Kraft Old English) 1/2 cup sour cream 1 T. finely chopped green onion, including tops

have all ingredients at room temperature. Whip margarine and cheese with beater until light and fluffy. Stir in sour cream and onion. Top baked potatoes with cheese mix, and sprinkle with additional onion, if desired. Can be made ahead. Tops about 6 potatoes. Source: Teacher's Pet
