  1. Combine jack cheese, cheddar cheese, flour, dry mustard, and paprika-toss to mix well.
  2. Combine beer andhot pepper sauce in a saucepan, over a medium-low flame.
  3. Add cheese mixture, a little at a time.
  4. Heat and stir to melt cheese.
  5. Stir in milk.
  6. Serve warm.
