Ingredients[]
- ½ cup jack cheese
- ½ cup cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp flour
- ½ tsp dry mustard
- ½ tsp paprika
- 4 oz beer
- 1 tsp liquid hot pepper sauce
- ¼ cup milk
Directions[]
- Combine jack cheese, cheddar cheese, flour, dry mustard, and paprika-toss to mix well.
- Combine beer andhot pepper sauce in a saucepan, over a medium-low flame.
- Add cheese mixture, a little at a time.
- Heat and stir to melt cheese.
- Stir in milk.
- Serve warm.
