Cheese Wafers

1 recipe pie crust 1 recipe

1 t paprika 5 ml

� t garlic powder 2 ml

� t thyme 2 ml

� C Swiss cheese (grated) 125 ml

Prepare pie crust, mixing paprika, garlic powder and thyme into the dough. Chill. Roll out thinly on lightly floured board. Cut into square or round wafers. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Prick with fork. Bake at 425�F (220�C) for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Place mound of cheese in center of wafer. Return to oven for 2 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve hot.

Yield: 20 to 25 servings
