- 1 (2 lbs) can pineapples, drained,reserving juice and slightly salted
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 package mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 lb grated Cheddar Cheese
Directions[]
Heat the reserved pineapple juice. Add Sugar and cornstarch. Thicken and cool. Add marshmallows and nuts. Sprinkle Cheese on top.
