- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 4 lbs Halibut
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dill
- 1 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- almonds (for garnish)
Directions[]
1. Take a 13x9x2" baking dish.
2. Melt ½ cup butter in the dish.
3. Put the Halibut on top of the melted butter, sprinkle with garlic powder and dill.
4. Spread 1½ cups shredded Cheese on top of the Halibut.
5. Garnish with nuts, chopped or silvered.
6. Bake at 350 °F for 45 minutes or until can be separated easily with a fork.
