Cheesecake Pie 12 oz. cream cheese, softened 2 cups cold milk 2 Tbs. sugar 1 tsp. vnailla 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix 1 graham cracker pie crust (store-bought or home-made)

Combine 1/2 cup milk and cream cheese. Add sugar and vanilla, mix well. Then add pudding mix and the remaining milk. Mix till well blended. Pour into crust. Chill 2-3 hours.
