  1. Cut broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
  2. In a pot, bring 8 cups of lightly salted water to a boil.
  3. Add cauliflower, cook 2 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli, cook an additional 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender, drain.

Cheese sauce Edit

  1. In a saucepan, melt butter.
  2. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minutes.
  3. Whisk in milk, continue to whisk until smooth.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in cheese and next 4 ingredients.
  6. Stir until smooth.
  7. To serve, place vegetables in serving dish and pour cheese sauce over the top.
  8. Serve immediately.
