Even kids can make these. Sam loves potatoes and Tiny can do these for her.

- 2⅔ cups water
- ⅔ cups milk
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder (adjust to taste)
- 2⅔ cups instant potato flakes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Mix first 5 ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave on high for 4 – 5 minutes.
- Remove, stir in cheese until well blended.
