Makes approximately 3 dozen rice balls.

  1. Combine rice, Cheddar Cheese, salt, pepper, egg, worcestershire sauce and mustard in large mixing bowl.
  2. Chill.
  3. Shape mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Roll in crushed rice cereal.
  5. Deep-fry in hot oil (350 degrees F) until golden brown, about 1 minute.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm.
