10 minute cheesy salsa chicken

  1. Mix flour, salt and pepper on a sheet of wax paper.
  2. Add chicken, turn to coat. Shake off excess.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet.
  4. Add chicken and cook for 6 minutes, turning once until golden and done.
  5. Top breasts with salsa, corn and cheese. Cover and cook for 1 minute or until cheese melts.
  6. Sprinkle with cilantro.
