Ingredients[]
- 1 garlic clove, Halved
- 1 Large Head romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 1/4 Lb. Cooked Chicken or Turkey Meat
- 1 Pkg. Sliced Swiss cheese (8 Oz)
- 1 Pkg. Sliced Cooked Ham (6 Oz)
- 2 Medium tomatoes
- 2 Hard Cooked eggs
- French Dressing, Russian Dressing or Thousand Island Dressing
Directions[]
- Rub Large Shallow Bowl Well With Laved garlic. Discard Both Pieces.
- Into Salad Bowl. Tear romaine lettuce Into Bite Size Pieces.
- With Knife, Cut Chicken or Turkey, Cheese And Ham Into Thin Trips.
- Cut tomatoes Into Wedges.
- Peel And Then Quarter The Hard Cooked eggs.
- on lettuce, Arrange Chicken, Cheese, Ham, tomato And egg.
- Just Before Serving, Toss Together With Dressing. Serves 6
