- 2 pieces flat bread
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1-2 hot chilies (or 2 tbsp canned green chilies)
- 3/4 cup coriander leaves
1) In a blender, finely chop coriander leaves. Add all other ingredients except bread.
2) Put bite size pieces of bread in a bowl and pour over soup mixture. The bread absorbs the sauce and is refreshing.
