Cherry Fizz

Lightly beaten egg white and sugar, to frost 2 measures (2 shots) heavy cream 3 measures (3 shots) cherry brandy 3 T. white rum 1 bottle sparkling dry white wine, chilled 8 to 10 small sprigs of mint to decorate

Frost the rims of some chilled cocktail glasses. Stir together the cream, cherry brandy, and rum in a large pitcher, and chill. Gradually add the wine, stirring at first to mix. Pour into the prepared glasses and decorate with the mint. Serves 8 to 10 Source: Unknown
