  1. Heat butter and oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Add onions and cook until tender but not brown, about 1 minute.
  3. Add tomatoes and sauté just until skins begin to split, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
  5. Cook another minute.
  6. Stir to mix and serve.
