  • Yield: 5 dozen cookies, 2½ inches in diameter.

  1. In a small bowl, combine the flour, salt and baking soda. Set aside.
  2. Thoroughly mix together the remaining ingredients.
  3. Add dry ingredients, mixing until combined.
  4. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets coated with no-stick cooking spray (or lined with parchment paper)
  5. Bake at 375°F for about 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
  6. Cool on wire racks.
