- 11/2 tsp tea leaves
- 200 ml boiling water
- 50 ml warmed milk
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 whole clove
- 1 green cardamom pods cracked open
- 1/4 " cinnamon stick
- Steep tea leaves in boiling water then add milk, sugar, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon stick.
- Simmer 10 minutes to blend flavors.
- Strain and serve hot.
