  1. Beat egg with 1 tablespoon milk.
  2. Dissolve yeast in ¼ cup warm water.
  3. Add to chicken stock.
  4. Combine all dry ingredients.
  5. Add chicken stock mixture.
  6. Knead on a floured surface for about 3 minutes, working into a stiff dough.
  7. Roll out to a thickness of ¼ inch.
  8. Cut into bars or with a cookie cutter.
  9. Brush with egg/milk wash and place on cookie sheets.
  10. Bake in 300°F oven for about 45 minutes.
  11. Turn off heat and leave biscuits in oven overnight.
