  1. Boil a Chicken in the usual way. reserve stock. Cut Chicken into pieces and arrange on a bed of rice, or spaghetti.
  2. Prepare a sauce by pounding cashew nuts with somehot pepper sauce and a pinch of salt.
  3. Fry two onions and add to nut mixture, with some of the chicken stock. Pour over the Chicken.
