Ingredients
- 1 x 3-lb. chicken
- 2 cup cooked rice or spaghetti
- 3 oz cashew nuts
- Hot Pepper Sauce to taste
- salt
- 2 x chopped onions
Directions
- Boil a Chicken in the usual way. reserve stock. Cut Chicken into pieces and arrange on a bed of rice, or spaghetti.
- Prepare a sauce by pounding cashew nuts with some hot pepper sauce and a pinch of salt.
- Fry two onions and add to nut mixture, with some of the chicken stock. Pour over the Chicken.
