  1. Halve chicken breasts.
  2. Chop pepper.
  3. Wash well, and pat dry.
  4. Combine ingredients in crockpot.
  5. Add chicken pieces, pushing down into liquid to thoroughly moisten and coat.
  6. Cover and cook on low setting for 7 to 9 hours.
