  1. Season Chicken with garlic salt and pepper.
  2. Cook in butter in large skillet about 2 minutes.
  3. Add celery; continue cooking until celery is tender crisp.
  4. Stir in spaghetti sauce and Italian seasoning; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  5. Serve over hot rice.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese, if desired.
