Chicken Elizabeth

4 chicken breasts 1 cup whipping cream 1 cup sour cream 2 tiny wedges Roquefort cheese Garlic to taste Salt and pepper to taste

roast chicken breasts until golden brown. In pan, combine remaining ingredients and bring just to a boil. Simmer until sauce thickens. Serve over baked chicken. Source: Mrs. Mike Hayes (Eva)
