  1. Mix flour, paprika, salt, and peppers in paper or plastic bag; add 1 piece of chicken at a time and shake to coat.
  2. Brown chicken on all sides in hot oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add onion; cook until golden.
  4. Pour off fat.
  5. Add broth to skillet; bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 30 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
  7. Stir in parsley.
  8. Serve with hot rice.
