  1. Remove bones and chop the chicken meat into small pieces.
  2. Cut onions into big pieces and fry them separately.
  3. Add chopped savory.
  4. Mix everything and add green pepper (chopped up into not-so-small pieces) and wine.
  5. Let it simmer on a gentle "fire".
  6. The patty mixture must be boiled. Add salt and oil to the water.
  7. When it is ready, strain it and cool it in cold water.
  8. Form it into balls and use it as a garnish for the kavarma.
