- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- carrot sticks
- 1 can flavored diced tomatoes (any will do)
- tablespoon oil
- Put provolone cheese, spinach, and carrot stick on chicken breasts.
- Roll and secure with toothpicks.
- Brown in frying pan with oil for 5 minutes.
- Add can of flavored diced tomatoes.
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
