  1. Cook celery in butter in large skillet or saucepan until tender but not brown.
  2. Add soup, sour cream, wine, chives, salt and pepper; heat. Stir in rice and chicken.
  3. Turn into greased shallow 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
