  1. Cook celery and onion in butter in large skillet over medium heat until tender crisp.
  2. Stir in apples, chicken cubes, soup, pepper, poultry seasoning and milk.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Serve chicken and sauce over hot rice.
