  1. Combine chicken, peppers, onion, tomatoes, broth and red pepper in large skillet.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in rice.
  5. Replace lid and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
  6. Adjust seasonings, if necessary.
  7. Stir in filé just before serving.
