- 2 soup chickens
- ½ cup rice
- salt to taste
- 2 medium avocados
- 1 large tomato
- 4 scallion, sliced
- 1 serrano chile ; minced
- 2 tbsp cilantro; chopped
- Make the chicken soup from a well-grown hen with pieces of meat.
- Peel and slice the avocados, and cut into 1" pieces.
- Pour soup into an onion-soup pots, and spoon on the uncooked topping.
