  1. Cut the meat and set in a pan adding water to cover.
  2. Add one whole onion and salt.
  3. Remove foam and simmer until done.
  4. Throw away the onion.
  5. Separately, slightly fry the flour in lard.
  6. Add the meat boiling liquid, stirring quickly and then pour over the meat pieces.
  7. The stew is tastier if you add a cup of milk to the sauce.
