  1. Cook onion and mushrooms in butter in large skillet until tender.
  2. Stir in rice, chicken, broccoli and condensed soup.
  3. Pour into buttered shallow 1½-quart baking dish; top with cheese.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
