  • Chicken
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 courgette
  • Peas
  • 1 red and 1 green peppers finely cut

Rice and vegetables Edit

  1. Cook all vegetables in sesame oil.
  2. Fry rice and vegetables together in sesame oil.
  3. Season with salt and MSG.

Chicken and vegetables Edit

  1. Slice chicken into pieces.
  2. Fry chicken pieces in oil for 5 minutes with garlic, salt, black pepper, white pepper.
  3. Add vegetables to the chicken with a little water.
  4. Cook until the vegetables are done.

Serving Edit

Serve rice on a plate with chicken and add vegetables over the top.
