Grilled Chicken with a tangy avocado based salsa, yum yum!!
Ingredients[]
- 1 California avocado, chopped into small pieces
- 1 ripe tomato, finely chopped
- ¼ Cup cilantro, very finely chopped
- ¼ Cup pineapple, finely chopped
- 1 ½ Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 ½ Tbsp lime juice
- 4 Chicken breasts
Directions[]
Combine first six ingredients together
Grill Chicken breasts to desired doneness
Evenly distribute avocado mixture on top of Chicken breasts.
