  1. Heat oil in a large sauce pan.
  2. In it add ¾th cup water gradually.
  3. Chop finely one onion and slice the other 2.
  4. Grate the ginger.
  5. Add onion slices, sprinkle with spices.
  6. Lay chicken on top.
  7. Steam over low heat for 20 minutes.
  8. Add finely chopped onion and, and steam for another 5 minutes.
  9. Just before serving squeeze on lemon.
