- 2 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 tsap. curry powder
- 2 T. sherry
- 8 whole Chicken breasts
- Combine first 6 ingredients in large saucepan. Bring to boil.
- Add Chicken.
- Simmer 10 minutes per side. Remove to large baking dish.
- Bake at 350F., 1 hr., basting occasionally with remaining sauce.
- Makes 8 servings.
