  1. Sprinkle Chicken or with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and brown on each side.
  3. Remove to baking dish and bake 12 minutes at 375 degrees F.
  4. Sauté shallots in pan drippings.
  5. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon salt, thyme, dash pepper and wine.
  6. Gently boil 2 minutes or until liquid is reduced by half.
  7. Add grapes and boil 1 minute longer.
  8. Remove from heat and serve grape sauce over Chicken.
