Chickpea Crunchies

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Toss the Chickpeas with seasonings and spread on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 30-40 (or 1 hour) minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
  3. Makes about 1 1/4 cups

NOTES :

    • Chickpea snacks always receive rave reviews, and I trust Raichlen's recipes, so this would be a good one to try. You can used canned Chickpeas.
