- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon ground red pepper
- ½ cup butter, softened
- Stir ingredients into softened butter.
- Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
- Serve on warm tortillas, poultry, or meat, or stir into refried beans or rice. Reserve the spiced butter in the refrigerator.
